The Abode
The Abode is a thoughtfully designed duplex residence located on a 30x40 north-facing plot, seamlessly blending modern functionality with traditional elements.
The ground floor opens into a welcoming entrance where rangoli patterns are artistically embedded in granite stone, reflecting the cultural essence of the home. Adjacent to the entrance is a small yet functional office space, designed for the homeowner, a lawyer by profession, ensuring a professional workspace within a personal setting.

The living area, bathed in natural light, is flanked by a green corridor—a side setback adorned with a tulsi plant, infusing the space with serenity and an air of tradition. In the northeast corner, a serene pooja room seems to float on water, enhanced by louvered windows that open to the side, creating a tranquil, reflective space for prayer and meditation.

The kitchen, placed in the southeast corner, is designed with efficiency and ease in mind, flowing into the dining area, which is strategically located in front of a feature wall that adds character and warmth to family gatherings.

A striking floating staircase elegantly connects the ground and upper levels, leading to an informal family room that opens onto a balcony, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation. The upper floor also houses the master bedroom, designed as a private sanctuary, along with an additional bedroom, both thoughtfully laid out to offer comfort and privacy.
